• Unfortunately we cannot take weekend bookings or periods of less than one week's duration.
• Our changeover day is Saturday.
• Outgoing guests must vacate the property by 10.00am (when the cleaner arrives) on the day of departure.
• Incoming guests may arrive any time after 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.
